Joseph is an excellent staff member. He took care of everything we needed and made sure we had a great stay. We stay here whenever we are in the area and will be back in the future. Joseph was awesome and did a great job for us.

Made my reservation with the manager Robby he made it very simple. Rooms very clean, staff was very friendly and very accomadating. Very nice breakfast hot coffee, would recommend this location to anyone that wants to get back to the small city life style. Location is near enough to places to travel to with just a short drive. 5 stars for sure

We were looking for a place to stay where we could ride our bikes on the Fred Meijer Hartland Trail. We found this hotel right in the middle.
Nice room. Very clean. Fridge.
No microwave but there is one in the lobby.
No real breakfast (bagels, French toast, and waffles). But, they give you $5 off at The Depot next door where we got scrambled eggs, sausage, and hash browns for 2 for $3.50 after the discount.
Friendly, clean, and comfortable right o the trail!

Clean rooms, hard to find, plenty of parking, but bring your IDs for any discount like your AARP cards etc. They won't give you a discount if you forgot them.

OMG, a diamond in lil ol' Edmore. Spotless from entrance to exit. Rooms are very spacious, quiet and comfortable.

Don't know why you don't accept pets especially being the ONLY hotel in the vicinity. Came here to see my brother and they wouldn't let my husband and I a room because of our dogs that we take every where together and my husband is a Veteran too. Had to stay in our car with a bad back and bad knees for the both of us. Edmore needs another Hotel or this one should look into hosting pets. We were even going to pay extra just for the dogs and they said no. Not happy at all. We even did a Google search and it said on Google that this place was pet friendly. You should fix your listing with Google.

Clean building and rooms, friendly staff, jacuzzi in room was a great perk. Gym, pool, locker rooms all nice as well!

We stayed here 2 nights while we were in the area visiting my family and wow what a great place, great friendly and super helpful staff! And a very comfortable clean place! O not to mention it was right around the corner from my parents house!

Myself and 2 coworkers were sent to the area to do a job. I have a small dog that travels with me everywhere. They don't allow dogs. Good thing I brought my semi so I had somewhere to sleep, while the coworkers got themselves a room. Bummer too, After being in the truck for most of the last month, I was looking at their jacuzzi room too as a splurge for myself for the night. Oh well.

This establishment is disgusting. It didn’t even look like my room was cleaned and the breakfast was barely edible. Staff was rude and double charged me as well. Don’t go here.
