Bought a nice clean car for blue book value to have the check engine light come on during ride home. It needs the motor removed to replace the timing chain and transmission

I've had some bad experience with tow service. They jack the rate up if its an insurance job, so I had to pay almost as much with the insurance paying a portion of it, if I had them do the tow & payed them all out of pocket then I would only pay $20 more than if they give insurance rate& insur pays their portion, stupid to make a ton more money just cause it's insurance job, not an honest way to make money.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. The 2005 red Jeep Grand Cherokee is a SCAM! (Feb. 23, 2022). Definitely a business that is trying to scam the non-mechanically inclined. No one there knows how to do their job. The two women have no idea how to sell a vehicle. The owner might have but he wasn’t there…..Drove two hours to find out it had a BIG list of issues but when we called ahead, we were told no issues. The ad online had also said no issues. A few things that were not listed nor talked about over the phone, big oil leak, bad strut noises, and broken radio. Those seem like issues that should be listed on an ad or at least told over the phone when a customer is driving 2 hours. The vehicle had no gas in it, so we could barely test drive it. The mileage listed online was incorrect. When we arrived the car had 10,000+ more miles on it, than what was listed. Staff was very uneducated when it came to selling used cars. The staff also seemed like they didn’t even care to make a sale. Good luck having a successful business with that kind of staff. F

Absolutely garbage place, list vehicles online with less miles then what it actually has, when I called over the phone and asked if there was anything wrong with 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee the chick on the phone told me no nothing wrong drive over 2 hours to look at it to find it leaks oil bad, clunks like a mofo in the front and multiple other things. All they are doing is scamming the non mechanically inclined people be aware if purchasing from this place.

Steve's towing company safety first Wrecker in Greenville comits insurance fraud by not responding to calls for roadside assistance. He waits for michigan state police to call his guys and when they show up his people are instructed to say they never received a call for service from roadside assistance. I have confirmation that his company was contracted out to be dispatched. He then charges your insurance $1100 to get it out of impound.

Found a vehicle there we were interested in. It was used so, of course, there were some issues. My husband took it back after the test drive. Before he could ask about any of our concerns, they said they had other interested buyers and to make a decision. So he got papers written up for it and went to contact our credit union for financing. Before we went any further with money, I contacted them about a whining when you turned the wheel. I was told they had "topped off" the transmission fluid. I questioned that asking wouldn't it be power steering fluid that needed attention? Sherry went to the back. She returned in just a minute or two and confirmed that "everything was taken care of." I felt like my concerns were being dismissed. I questioned the fact that the entertainment package didn't play DVDs. Seemed like a pretty significant issue concerning that upgrade. I was told the price already reflected all my concerns and that there was nothing else they would do about it. Again, I was informed that there were other potential buyers. We never even discussed the other broken parts: a power mirror, trim, etc. In spite of my irritation at the lack of concern/pressure to buy, the market is very barren right now. We decided to bite the bullet and get it anyway. To shorten the story, we had to reconnect with our banking institution again. When we tried to clarify with Winnie's about their taking a check or need for a cashier's check, we were informed they already sold the car to someone else even though we had paperwork started and they were aware we were working with our credit union. This all took place in less than 36 hours.I find this to be very unprofessional and even unethical. I felt pressured and believe there were unaddressed mechanical issues that are now someone else's problems. I will never look at a vehicle there again. I will not only NOT recommend them, I will speak up about avoiding there should someone mention they're looking for a vehicle.

These guys are crooked as they come, may as well buy private. Got a passable price on the vehicle I purchased only to have a half dozen warning lights come on and several mechanical issues arise immediately within a month of purchase. Shoddy repair jobs and lack of a desire to work with me after I brought up the issues politely. Snake oil salesman stay away ?

Absolutely the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. When I said I would leave if I was bothering him he said that would be fine. This is the second time I have had a horrible experience here. I will never do business there again. Good luck if you do.
