Visited the store to grab a couple quick items. The employee assisting me was on her cell phone on speaker. She was complaining about being overworked and short staffed as was the person she was speaking to which was obviously another store manager that was dropping obscenities including the F.Bomb. I was just thankful my kids weren't with me at the time. Extremely unprofessional and poor taste on behalf of both store managers. The very least she could do was put the phone down to assist customers or put it on handset.

If you are there shortly before closing, they will yell throughout the store to check out. It's very jarring and annoying. I understand needing customers to check out quickly, but the store is small, they could walk through and just tell individual customers instead. Apparently their register closes down at 5 minutes after closing. If that's true, that's ridiculous since there is always a line shortly before closing and only one register open with no self-checkout option now.

Very convenient but unfortunately they hardly have items left on shelves. I know they are severely understaffed… which I know isn’t their fault. Hopefully it gets better!

I go to this store often. They are friendly but it always rings up higher then the shelf price. I called customer service and they said high volume of calls so they will call me back in 15 minutes. They called back 15 hours in the middle of the night 3 times. They have been audited for overcharging customers, but they keep doing it. I will not shop at dollar general ever

This used to be my favorite go to store close to our home. Not so much lately, the isles are blocked and crowded with carts with stock on them. Their shelves are slowly getting worse for not having anything in stock. The selection for things is very limited anymore. Highly disappointing. The staff is the best thing going for them right now, they are friendly and helpful if needed.

Out of almost everything on the shelves, carts with merchandise sitting in isles everywhere.

This place is a dump! Not sure who manages it but they don’t do a very good job at it. All The isles are so full of carts they bring out to stock the shelves that you can’t even find anything. I will go out of my way and down the road to a different location from now on.
