I have Lorie Bowers State Farm insurance. So when I recently had storm damage to my home (electrical, roof, and water damage). This was the first place we called. Lorie, Cori, and crew helped us with getting a hotel, finding contractors, and just walking us through the whole claims process. They also, maked sure that after the electrician was completed, that our power could be turned on immediately. During this time of feeling vulnerable and overwhelmed they called and checked on us on a regular basis. Lorie Bowers State Farm Insurance Agency are so helpful, patient, kind, and knowledgeable! Thank You for all the help!!

Lorie and her staff go above and beyond for their clients. They are always professional and have the clients best interests at heart. Lorie provides annual check-ins to make sure that I am happy and that my policies are up to date with my life choices. She takes the time to explain the policies with no pressure and makes an extra effort to get the best pricing and discounts available.
When and if you need to file a claim, the staff is easy to work with and they follow through on any items that are of concern to you. I will stay with Lorie and State Farm because her office makes a difference. (and they serve the best fresh homemade cookies for when you visit the office.) :)

Becky at State Farm helped me with the logistics of insuring a new car while maintaining short term coverage on the old car while I sell it. This saved me money on the premium of of the new car. I greatly appreciate her suggestions. I prefer having a live local agent I can go to for this sort of advice and when I need to make a claim, so I am willing to pay a bit more for this service.

I had an incident with a Deer $5000.00 in damage to my truck called Lori Bower State Farm next day to report told to report to claims department they recommend Gates Chevy world . Gates did a wonderful job got rental truck delivered to gates had truck to use the entire time truck was being fixed no charge couldn’t be happier thanks Lori Bower
