“Sue's Small Stuff has always taken great care of our old man, Tank. He's never liked his toes trimmed and the groomers -in particular Miss Kelly -has always been kind and gentle with him. When Tank got older, started losing his sight, and was prone to seizures when he became anxious, Kelly was always patient with him. She would come out into the lobby and sit on the floor with him so he would be comfortable. We lost Tank this past July, but I will always be thankful for the loving care Miss Kelly always have to him. The other groomers are just as wonderful, listening to our needs and taking wonderful care of the doggos.

“The staff here is wonderful! Dr. Byrd is great and so is Dr. Dawson! They are both super understanding of how anxious and reactive my goofus of a dog gets at the vet—so funny seeing Dr. Byrd strategically deploying spray cheese for easy vaccinations! They have also been awesome in collaborating with a different vet practice in a different state when I have been travelling and have done last-minute med refills—both of which I know are not easy. Thanks for taking such great care of us, UPVH!!”
“My baby boy got treated with kindness throughout his consultation and they treated us with professionalism. Our boy wasn’t feeling the best with a skin condition he had and they squeezed him in even though they are very busy. He’s back to acting normal now and because we got such great treatment at our visit we booked in our baby girl for an arthritis injection ! Thank you to the nurses and vets and receptionists who helped our baby :) I recommend this clinic to everyone ! Other people tell me they love this vet too and trust them :)”

“Words cannot express our appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Tracey Eichenseer. Our baby girl Asia, a German Shepherd was diagnosed with cancer in April. Aisa was given a couple weeks to live and due to the love that Dr. Tracey shows towards her patients and their owners she actually live about six weeks longer than expected. She encouraged her owner to do everything and anything to make her happy give her ice cream and pancakes if that’s what she wants, play, go to the lake.. and Asia did live her best life. Thank you Dr. Tracy Eichenseer for going above and beyond.. We truly appreciate you and your team more than words can express!! Susan, Jack and Bodie!!”
