Horrible experience. I ordered a gallon of a product and received a quart. I was told that the gallon was then on the way. I received 2 gallons, each of a product that I did not order, nor will I use. I was told that because of the holidays, warehouses can get confused. Do not order from this place.

Excelent customer service!that was my original review with a 5 star rate, when they call me to solve an issue with the delivery address, but later, when I had an issue with the delivery, they where nowhere to be found, called 3 times, left a message and it's been over a week and I haven't heard back. Was able to solve it myself, but the issue was their fault, they told me they were using UPS, so I asked to deliver to the UPS mailing center nearby, and instead they sent it through fedex, who wouldn't deliver it to the UPS facility, and fedex only has answering machines, you cannot get a real person to talk to... a silly mess, don't know about the product I bought, haven't used it yet.

I tried ordering at another online shop with slightly lower prices. They told me after I ordered that some of my flooring was out of stock. I called and spoke with a rep, Josh, who checked and confirmed the same stock issue but was willing to check on other options right then and followed up with additional information. I appreciated the personal service and decided to place my final order with them at a higher price to support this business. Thanks!

I'm really impressed with Eco Building Products! It selects and sells high performance products that have unbeatable quality and sustainable. It is small enough to get to know many of its employees personally. They offer great technical support and have good order fulfilment follow through!
