One of the nicest places and tire shops around. They went above and beyond to find a low profile matching tire for my wife's Civic Si that got damaged on the trip up north on I-80 last year. They had the exact tire the next day, installed it, and it was all at a very fair price. If I ever have any tire issues again while up north, this is the place that I will always go to.

Abysmal customer service. Dropped my wife’s van off 5 weeks ago with what I thought was transmission issues. I haven’t heard a word on what they diagnosed as the problem. I have tried calling no less than 10x. You will have to drive to the shop just to get someone to talk to you, and will not get straight answers from them when you get there. Will probably never bring a vehicle here again.

While visiting the area on vacation my check engine light came on. Connor at Willoughby Tire & Auto read the engine code, explained what it meant, and confirmed I would be ok to drive home - all for no charge!
