Organized, clean. Getting much better with clutter. Understandable to a degree on truck days. Can't help that part. Most of the employees are fairly friendly.

Jayce is an all star and always so nice and helpful and welcoming and professional and good at her job!! I’d take her to work for me anytime! She’s quick and knowledgeable and as I hate being out in public and stopping st stores, shes just wonderful n makes it bearable!!

Jeannette is the rudest worker there. I have walked in there multiple times and have heard her harassing her workers. She ignores her register to smoke and I find her cigarette butts littered around my vehicle. I have consistently come Into the store since it’s opening and this is the worst I have seen it. There are boxes everywhere, at points the isles are so cluttered you can’t walk through them. As a handicapped person it is hard to move around the stores as it is without the boxes.

A perfectly adequate dollar general. As clean and with as many choices as any other dollar general that you would find. In fact I'm pretty sure that the layout is almost identical to like 700 others that I've been intoThe only reason it's scores kind of low is because there's another one that's pretty close that has accessibility by a side road which I would recommend before this one to traveling people

Answer your phone! Some people don't want to drive 20 miles if you don't have what they need! This phone is never answered. I just called again at 7:29 p.m. on 8-1-22. No answer, then busy for hours.

I had the best customer service experience today outside of my work place. I work retail, and I know it's a challenging job. Today, a holiday, I walked into dollar general in Emmett and was greeted with a.. . Hello, how are you today... i preceded to go down the main asile and she asked me if I needed assistance. I asked about 2 different products, and she walked me to both. As I approached the counter, there she was again. Asked me if I had found everything I needed, I responded with.. yes because of your help! A lot of people having to work on a holiday probably wouldn't have the attitude this lady did! She was great! I didn't see her name badge, so I can't commend her personally. She was there at around 1 pm today, I hesitate to say... late 40's... as it's not polite to mention a ladies age. But to the management and owners of this store, she's a fantastic employee!!! I would take her to work for me in a heart beat! Why doesn't anybody EVER answer the phone?? There have been several occasions where I've tried to call to see if they have a specific product (rather than packing up 3 little kids and driving 15 minutes just to find out they dont) and no one ever answers! I don't know if it's a phone issue or an employee issue but it's VERY frustrating
