Republic Services is a joke. Every Monday Waterville looks like a landfill. The drivers are lazy, the pickups are messy, and the streets are constantly littered with trash they fail to secure. We pay for professional waste management, but what we get is a weekly mess that makes our community look terrible.

Kari is not my account representative she was just stepping in to help but I was extremely satisfied with her customer service. I would be more than willing to work with her in the future.
