I had my vehicle to several repair shops and had many new parts installed to supposedly correct a drivetrain vibration. The only place I got results was from Advanced Tech. They found the problem and solved my vibration problem. These guys know what they are doing. They are fast and friendly. That is my garage from now on.

Absolutely fantastic service. Listened to my concerns (unlike muffler man who did $1300 worth of WRONG work!) and finished fixing my vehicle long before they estimated it would be done. I also got a few update calls during the whole process. Can't get any better than that!!

I debated whether I should give this business a 1 or 2. I set up an appointment to get a tune up on my car, oil change and check it over as I thought the car was making more noise than normal when under a load. They set me up for 8 am. I live 45 minutes away, but still got the car there at 8. I explained I was taking a long trip to hot weather, so asked while it was there, if they could check to make sure the AC was charged. The receptionist asked if the AC was working which I explained it was, but not as cold as I thought it should be. It was an hour and 15 minutes before they even took my car to the back to begin work, even though I was set up at opening. Another hour and a half passes when I was told it was ready. Yes, the oil was changed and the car checked over, but no tune up or AC being checked. Nor was the noise issue addressed. After I was told it was done, the mechanic then asked if I wanted to have the plugs and wires replaced which is part of a tune up. When I asked about the AC, I was told it would have to be seen by a different mechanic there and would be another hour or so if I wanted it looked at. Considering I had already been waiting for 2.5 hours, I was totally over it, especially since all they did was an oil change. I could have gotten the same service down at Jiffy Lube in 10 minutes. Went to pay the $105 bill with a credit card and was asked if I had a check as they would charge an additional 5 percent to use a credit card. I was very disappointed with the service, especially when I drove 1.5 hours, round trip, to get my car tuned up and concerns addressed. I will not be back.
