My experience with Ashley Furniture was excellent from when I first look at furniture possibilities in the Escanaba showroom to the day of delivery. Their staff prepared quotes quickly, answered any questions I had, and made the ordering process quick and easy. The furniture arrived as planned without any delay. All pieces (3 total) were free of any damage, and the delivery guys did an excellent job getting the pieces in my home and set up. Ashley Furniture has even followed up to see if I am a happy customer (reason for this review), and I am very happy to say I am a pleased customer. Thank You Ashley Furniture for the quality furniture and fantastic service! I will be coming to you for any of my future furniture needs ?

Delivery team was friendly. Had to get a large mattress up a tight stairwell. They did a nice job and never complained. Even set everything up for me. Very happy with their service!

After I wrote this review Nicole from the Escanaba store called my wife to apologize but also to make sure we knew that the online store was different from the physical store and they had no control over online. I am glad she called thank you.I ordered some furniture from Ashley online from the Ashley Escanaba MI, store website. When my order was partially delivered, I called the help line and they never called back, I did this 4 times. I went to the store in Escanaba and they told me that the online Ashley and the store are two separate companies and could not help me. I ordered two recliners, king mattress, foundation and frame. And paid for delivery and setup . When fedex delivered, the mattress foundation and frame all on different days, I was told my 179 only covered the recliners which I don’t have. The online site you can’t tell if it’s The store or the online company. It took me 4 tries to get through to the online company and of course no one at the Store could help. I order almost everything online and never heard about two different companies being used between online and physical store. Now, I have to assemble myself. Never had a problem with Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, any other major retailer. My experience was so bad and customer service so awful, please beware of Ashley online especially if you have an issue. This extends to Ashley in general, you never know online is a separate company. Don’t purchase from them.

The only place I have shopped for furniture in 15 plus years. My first sofa from 2008 is still going strong and in the kids gaming room! Love their style and excellent customer service.

Salesperson did not place order for items we wanted. When this was realized upon delivery she said she would make it right and get the missing pieces. She lied and said they would be to us within 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I called to check on this and was told the item was never in stock and they had no idea when I might get this. Asked for a refund and will bringing my business elsewhere for the rest of my furniture needs. I can’t give hard earned money to a business that lies and misleads customers to make a sale.

I would give them -10 if I could. Buyer beware. I bought 2 complete rooms of furniture in June and the ottman already is showing signs of wear. Louis said they would not replace or allow me to returnfor a refubd. I will never do nusiness with this store again.

Good salesperson but had a problem with the pick up at warehouse. Sofa was damaged and had to go back to the showroom and substitute a different color.
