“Third time having the vehicle detailed here. First time they did they did a good job.

The next time there was dirt left in the cup holders and under the seats, parts weren’t vacuumed. Gave them the benefit of the doubt.

This time there was still dirt on the seat, dirt under the seats, stuff on the console, under the floor mats and just overall not as clean as I would expect it to be. I brought the kid out and pointed it out to him and he offered to take it back in but I declined and explained this was the third time this happened and just want to show him.

This was on a 2020 Silverado.

Update: They called back and offered a free detailing to compensate for the last one.”
