The food is low quality and high priced. It's definitely NOT worth what I paid for it and I will NOT be returning. I've had problems at this Burger King in Escanaba Mi EVERY time I've gone there. The whopper was cold and a mess, as if a kindergarten child made it. It was mostly dry with very few condiments and toppings. It's supposed to have lettuce but I don't think there was any on it. The tomato slice was terrible. The fries should have been cooked a little longer. The chocolate shake was half melted when I got it. From what I could see through the drive through window, there was only ONE person working both the eat inside counters and the drive through window and taking orders. Ridiculous! I can't do the online survey because the information needed for the survey is NOT on the receipt! From now on I'll be going elsewhere or eating at home! Take my advice and eat somewhere else or save your money. This place needs a LOT of improvement and has needed it for a long time. There are far better places to eat than this place.

Worst fast food service in town! This store is out of something every single day or something is broken! And you can't get your money back when you order through the app! The manager tells me they don't know anything about how the app works. The worst run store and I'm embarrassed that I ever spent any money here.

I was looking forward to dining like a King today. However, the door was still locked at 0709. The sign on the door states that the lobby opens at 0700. I didn't see any workers inside. There was one worker's car in the lot. One person can run a Burger King?!? No thank you, I'm glad that the door was locked. McDonald's had a full crew on hand...After reading the other reviews on this location, I am glad that the doors were locked. Here's an idea: fire everyone, close down for good, destroy this horrible excuse for a Burger King and build something better. Huh??

Sign on the drive through "we won't accept bills over $20" I thought in America you had to accept American curancy.Weeks later, wanted a chicken wrap, they were out of chicken. Ordered cheese curds, received mozzarella sticks.Weeks later ordered chicken wraps, they are out of lettuce and tomato.I give up on this BK. They need to get their stuff together.

Ordered a single sandwich at 555pm on 12/18/23. You know the whole, “have it your way” deal? There was more catsup on the sandwich then I’ve ever seen used on a Pastie! Much less a sandwich… I called and asked if this was a prank. Apparently it was not.

terrible service. my mom asked for cheese and got none. my dads burger was cold. my whopper was not fully cooked and the onion rings weren't cooked properly either. I have terrible gas and I'm on a road trip. not stopping here again.

"Have it your way" is the slogan, but what you really get is something you didn't order. Really guys? How do you keep running out of tomatoes ?? Seriously? And why can't you get some from another burger king if you run out? ? we rule? Have it your way? IF IT CONTINUES MAYBE, THERE WILL BE FALSE ADVERTISING SUIT!!

We stopped on our way home from a week with our kids for Thanksging and stopped at the Burger King at Hayes and 21 mile rd. and bought 2 qrousants with egg, ham, and cheese. My wife bit into her sandwich and pulled out a long human hair. 2 bites later, another long human hair. She then threw it away. We live in Manistique in the upper peninsula and, of course, couldn't go back and complain. That will be the last time we will be stopping at Big Boy!

Endured a 20-minute wait in the drive-thru due to painfully slow service. Unable to escape as the curb trapped me in line. Ultimately left without my food due to the extensive delay. Numerous breakfast items were unavailable due to being out of stock.

So they "messed up" my order, causing me to take the burger back to the counter...I'm standing there holding out this burger, and no one pays any attention. Finally I say "doesn't anyone think it's odd that a customer is standing here holding out a burger?" *Then* someone says "oh, I didn't see you there." Really? Lesson learned: no BK, never, any time any place. Never.
