Was extremely helpful in helping me switch my service over from Verizon. Patient with my kids as well and went the extra mile switching info over and putting on case and screen protector. Also had a decent conversation and was funny.

Arie was fantastic. Very patient and helpful. Switching from Verizon awhile back was the best decision. We came in again yesterday to get a new phone, it took some time but it went fast bc of Arie. Great conversationalist, he got us waters and played some kid friendly music for my kids. Very much appreciated. 5 stars!!

Absolute worst customer service and experience. Was told to buy ANY phone from Walmart to activate the SIM card we already purchased from them. When it wouldn’t work, they refused to refund our money.I’ll go back to Straight Talk after this.

I'm not one to review, but this definitely needed a shout out after a long day the representative had at the Escanaba location.Apparently they were having computer issues earlier in the day and the issue I walked in with was the cherry on top, so to speak.Lynsey was willing to spend over an hour on Straight Talks port line to try and port a Straight Talk phone number over.... without the phone. I had tried to have all the information set prior to arriving, but Straight Talk failed to give me the port pin, and told me the pin I set up was "good enough". We all had a good laugh with the patient customers since one computer was down at the time.Needless to say, she's an asset to Cricket Wireless. I wish representatives were able to accept tips. She deserved one after today (4/15).Another reason I'll be sticking with Cricket until Cricket crashes. Shouldn't happen!Straight Talk needs to step up, but I won't know, I'm never dealing with them again!

Untrained and unprofessional employees and management. We’ve had a very bad experience with the Escanaba store and hope to warn others about their services! They do not train employees correctly and then refuse to take responsibility for issues they cause on customers accounts. My family and I have had $300 stolen from us due to their employees lying and making mistakes on our account that we did not agree too. I think cricket mobile owes me money. I went into their store to pay my bill amd turn one of my lines back on. So I pay over $100 for the 2 lines I still had and restore the 3rd line. I get home and the phones don't work. So I returned the next day to pay an additional $25 dollars they never mentioned the day before. I egt home and they stiik didn't work, so for the 3rd time in one week I go to find out why only now I'm mad. The sales lady acted like i had no right to be angry. I told her to shut my lines off. They should send me my money back.

very rude , not respectful . i Bought a phone from here and it came with the camera all scratched up I came back two hours later and they wouldn't do anything were just rude about it and said " we couldn't have done anything wrong to it". When the phone was never took out of the box till we got home then we went straight back

Worst place ever. Manager Tonya S. guaranteed us 100% that we would get service at our residence. Charged us $161. Went back next day to get money back because we had no service with phones. Plus she messed our phones we owned up so bad we had to buy new ones at AT&T. They even said she did something ridiculous to ruin our phones. Tonya S. wouldn't refund our money back to us. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Especially the manager Tanya S. terrible salesperson.
