Delta Plaza Mall is undergoing a positive transformation, attracting new businesses and renovations. While some stores remain outside, visitors appreciate the variety of shops available and the effort by new owners to revitalize the mall. Although it has faced challenges and is not as busy as in the past, it retains a selection of good businesses. The mall's layout allows for a mix of indoor and outdoor shopping, which some find appealing. Overall, Delta Plaza Mall is gradually improving and becoming a more vibrant shopping destination.

Like entering the stores from the outside. Inside most older malls are out dated and smell. This one seems to be transitioning from inside to outside only.
