Stranded on Thanksgiving day while trying to get to grandma’s house on my own with my four year old son after flight delays leading to missed connection. Confirmed pick-up with both Enterprise and the local agent. I thought it was extremely kind that the local agent offered to come in after she disclosed the desk would be closed. Something Enterprise had no awareness of. Well….. (they looked into it.. “sorry, there’s nothing we can do” in case you were wondering about this form response below.. no recovery… no nothing… do not rely on these folks for any kind of service or transportation. Make sure you have your own transport of this airport.)

Beware have a back up!UnreliableBoth employe and Management dropped the ball. Agent told my son they would be there for him, no show!With a 4yr old they left him for two and a half hours before any fallow up.

I had reserved a car for 5pm. I arrived by 4:50 and no one was at the Enterprise desk. I was stuck at the airport for hours. When I returned the next morning, the Enterprise representative lied to my face and said he was in his office until 4:55 and returned at 5:03 and he said "no one was around." I asked to see the security footage to prove it and conveniently, "they're in a meeting." Horrible customer service. MOD should be fired.

Excellent customer service!You learn a lot about a company when something goes wrong. Today there was a mix-up with my booking through Priceline and I showed up to pick up my car but there weren't any cars left on the lot. Both associates were apologetic and sympathetic. They tried many solutions to help me out and then managed to contact several other customers to create a n open vehicle for me. It took 1.5 hours but I was given a really nice truck, a significant upgrade from the tiny sedan I rented.Thanks for being concerned for my situation and working to find a solution for me.

Terrible , unhelpful and rude. Refused to rent a car after the reservation was made , only found out once the drive was made to the location. (Even called earlier to confirm.) Talked to the customer support rep before leaving this review. Equally unhelpful. Marquette location did the same thing. Mind you I have no criminal or driving violations. My payment was also clear and my full coverage valid. No prior history with this company either. No rude demands or treatment was given to the employees. So maybe it’s a race thing. Not really sure but I can’t think of anything else.

Jason was extremely hospitable. Had a car that was in the body shop and needed a ride for my family of five. The initial car that was given to me was not going to work for what I needed. After communicating this to Jason, he swapped out cars no questions asked and made sure I had everything I needed to accommodate my family. Great customer service, before/during/and after the rental.

Stranded. Booked a car for Escanaba to Green Bay, three days later We called an hour ahead to make sure vehicle was there... it was. They called us back fifteen minutes later to tell us no cars were available anymore. Thanks. You effed us up. We had no way to get to where we needed to go. We had to ask our 82 year old dad to drive us there and then he had to drive back to Felch. It's a three hour drive for him one way. So thanks to your poor planning our father had a six hour anxiety ridden drive. Terrible.

The location for our trip was great, and the staff wonderful. We waffled in our decision as to what vehicle we wanted, even though we had one reserved. He was so patient with us. When we called two days later to see if I left my credit card there (it was found the next day alongside the passenger seat) it did a search with no luck. When we returned the car after nine days, he asked about my credit card. How nice was that? The car ran well, was nice and clean on the inside, and it was noted that the gas gauge was only half full and that was all they expected upon return. A nice experience and I definitely recommend the Galesburg Enterprise car rentals.

I had a great experience at the delta airport in escanaba. I made a mistake and book my rental for the following day, but the man working at Enterprise counter was great and very helpful

Terrible car rental co. We were broke down and needed a car to get home. Was rude and would not allow us to drop off car. We live 10 hours away and they wanted us to return it the next day. Impossible task.Avis let us do exactly that. Will use AVIS from now on.

Was serviced to in a quick, efficient, and thorough manner. I don’t rent cars much, and my needs were met with flying colors. Super friendly and helpful. Next time I’m in Esky and need a ride, will for sure check these guys out again.

Excellent customer service, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and safe experience. Further, Mike in the Marquette office tracked down my camera, which I had left in the rental car, and arranged for it to be posted back to me! Wouldn't hesitate to use this company next time I'm in the UP.
