I've rented with them for 2 years never had an issue. Only thing that's tricky is opening the door to my unit as well as some mice got into mine but that's expected with storage in the country

Went to lockers for a auction sale. Talked with the owner about the sale and his history with the area/business. Talked in a straight forward and professional manner. Informative and concise in conversation. Timely start to sale. Sounds as though he knows the rules and adheres to them for sales and payment on lockers.
