Hiawatha Chef Supply is the area's leading chef supply company, it was founded in Escanaba Michigan back in 1955, and we are celebrating our 68th year in operation. “We have a great team here at Hiawatha,“Our longevity is due largely to them, as well as to our customers and suppliers, and to the support of the community as a whole.” says owner Tracy Thompson. The company furnishes foodservice equipment and supplies to thousands of businesses, schools and organizations in the Upper Peninsula and Northeastern Wisconsin.
