repeatedly told me they couldn't do my taxes because they didn't know how to use QuickBooks online. delayed starting for 4 months while always playing the victim about QuickBooks. I requested my receipts to be returned to me several times. when they were returned to me many documents were missing. I contacted the accountant about the missing tax forms and bank statements then they emailed some, not all, of them to me. They returned zero of my personal tax documents. The whole process has been a headache and I was able to complete it on my own in 4 hours. now I have to do more leg work to retrieve the documents they lost by either begging them to find them or contacting the agency to issued them. very unprofessional and disorganized. I believe accounting existed before QuickBooks. there's no valid excuse for why they deny delayed and defended not even starting for 4 months
