Placed and paid for an online order July 2nd for 5 pro packs of window casing. Had not gotten any update by July 8 so I called order/deliveries department to check on it. Was told it was picked and ready for pick up. Drove an hour to the store only to find out that they only had 3 of the 5. Turns out they had the same item in stock on the floor as 24 single pieces. Spoke with the manager of the department (Chuck) who would not let us have the 24 individual pieces to fill our order. Asked to speak with the manager and was told he was the manager, but I could try my luck at the service desk. Walked all the way up there only for them to call the man I was just talking to and be told no they would not pull the identical casing out of single piece stock to make up the rest of the order.
Working for non profit Habitat for Humanity I do my best to save money, but it is really obvious that this business really could care less about making their mistakes right. We will have to make the 2 hour round trip again to pick up the balance of the order that has already been paid for. Shame on you all!

Not impressed with Menards. Every time I order an appliance it is always an issue. Whoever they hire to deliver are always a problem as well.

The store itself is ok. Don't expect any of the employees to know where anything is, or help you find it, or even greet/acknowledge you while you're shopping. Because that's above their pay grade.

I ran in here after work to buy a Leatherman. The associate Randy was extremely helpful and lead me right to them...even sort of helped me choose the right one for me! Which was a semi cheaper one. Then I had another associate who was very helpful and patient as I asked him which tool belt would look best ??

Shout out to Clayton in Plumbing. I received a bathroom vanity and the cupboard door hinges had problems. I didn't want to return the whole thing; the sink was heavy, the vanity bulky, and I'm 76 and live 20 minutes away. I phoned Menards and explained it to Clayton. He had me bring back one of the broken hinges and spent half an hour figuring out with me what to do to fix the whole thing. That is REAL service! Thank you. 5 stars for Clayton.

Super messy process… we paid in advance for a new furniture set and were told we had 2 weeks to pick it up. When we went to go pick it up today, they originally told us they didn’t have it and sold it. Then turns out they did have one set left. They told us today it was first come first served. My question is why are you having people pay over $1200 for furniture if they’re not guaranteed? They also oversold this same furniture set to 3 other customers which means 3 people who have already paid won’t be receiving the product they’re expecting… last time we ever buy furniture from here.
