Stopped by the other day with a new filter and they replaced it. Thought they might charge me something for their time, but he just smiled and said no charge. Great customer service. And when that didn't work completely met my budget I squished me in when they didn't have any time on the schedule still, I couldn't believe the amount of care and effort to get my problems fixed.
