“I personally had a really good experience at Brian's. I had an appointment within 2 days of calling their office. I had to have my windshield replaced in shop because my car needs to be recalibrated after, and from start to finish it only took 2 hours. It was slightly pricier than Safelite but it evened out for me. Price I was quoted over the phone is what I was charged. Windshield looks great. They have a little waiting area and coffee station.”

“Had my oil changed a Brians Quick Lube about a month ago. They told me that my transmission filter was really old and needed replacing but didn't have a filter at that time. Stopped by the other day with a new filter and they replaced it. Thought they might charge me something for their time, but he just smiled and said no charge. Great customer service. “Went out of their way to try to fix a tire one day, and advised me extra ways to fix it. And when that didn't work completely met my budget I squished me in when they didn't have any time on the schedule still, I couldn't believe the amount of care and effort to get my problems fixed. It was beyond amazing and I'll sing of their praises as long as I can. I'd had a terrible situation happen and they went out of their way to make sure that they could fix as much of it as could be.
