We have used Rainbow Packing for a few years now, they process our Fair Steer and Lambs. I can't say enough about the quality cuts, packaging and attention to detail. They have worked with my husband and I on special requests for cuts and have never missed a beat in getting our order correct and ready when promised.

The very best potato sausage in the UP, and I’ve pretty much had them all! An Upper Peninsula Original! The regular potato sausage is excellent, but the jalapeño potato sausage is truly outstanding! What a treat! I no longer live in the area but I’m sure to stock up whenever I’m in town.
