I just received my "new" phone, but I have to figure out how to activate it online. Good luck with that BS. And they have a customer "sales" office 509 miles away, and when I call it, it's the same 800 number that tells me they can't activate my phone, and to look online. The online site says they can't activate my phone either. The "loop" they have you on is automated. Whomever designed this "system" of customer service. Be it CISCO, or inhouse should have been fired. This is NOT service. If you can't compete with service from Verizon, or even consumer cellular, perhaps we should file a complaint with the FCC to have you eliminated as a service provider.

Black Friday and they stayed on their game. We went in to check on some new phones and they answered all our questions. It was very busy and they helped us without any problems.

Horrible customer service, loyalty doesn't matter been a customer for 6+ years always payed my bill, was struggling for a bit and they not only shut my service off they almost doubled my bill while I had no service for a short time, called to get it worked out and even though I've never been in a contract I can't change my service and won't do anything about it, just ridiculous I'm over it

Absolutely love T.J he set up our business line and helped answer all the bizarre questions we had, it's amazing he remembers most of it off the top of his head but was honest when he didn't know and looked it up for us, thank you for the amazing service

My dad has been very upset the start of this football season since we haven’t been able to get the Lion’s games on television after spending over $150+ on your cable service. Lions are in Detroit, Detroit is in Michigan, and it’s very disheartening we can’t even get local games for the outrageous amount.

This is the worst cell phone service I’ve ever had!!! Internet is horrible too. Constantly drops signal and there is never any data.Do not shop here, just go to cricket wireless and sign up for them.My Metro by T-Mobile that I had when I moved here was awesome! I can’t wait to go back to that service. Now I’m forced to wait until I pay off my iPhone that I purchased before I can switch back.And on another note, the home internet service through this company is terrible and even the employees say that they are switching to the new broadband fiber optics that being installed all over town.Call Jim at the number in the pic for 6 months free service when you switch your internet services. Free hookup, free equipment, no money due until your 7th month of service!!!Seriously no joke!!!My short video is only 30 seconds long, but the internet froze 5 times in that short amount of time.SPECTRUM INTERNET IS THE WORST!!!And don’t bother trying to complain about it, because they are just going to tell you that they need to send someone out to look at it. But it will be the same when the technician leaves.

I have been having major issues with the mobile data in my new service through Spectrum, and after 30 minutes on the phone with Customer service, visited this store -- the closest to me at 45 minutes away -- for a new SIM card.I was lucky enough to speak with Michelle, who was very friendly and was aware of issues with this specific phone type and data connections. Within about 10 minutes, she was able to get things working again, as well as showing me how to do it, writing things down, and pointing out alternative things to check if that solution didn't work in the future. I don't know why Charter Customer Service didn't know these things, but I'm grateful that Michelle did!

Horrible. They said they "were gonna transfer all my data" when I got this new phone. They barely let me even check anything when they were done. Then they deleted the stuff on my old phone, I come to find out that it only transfered apps and very little of my photos. I lost alot of stuff because of that.

The staff here seem unhappy with their jobs. They should smile and greet the customers with a better attitude.
