I love working with my buyers, and what makes it easier for my buyers is working with UP State Bank. My buyers can work face to face with their lender, or if needed provide necessary documents online through secure measures. Thank you to the mortgage team for making home ownership easier for my buyers

I have been very stressed finalizing everything for my new home I am purchasing. I had a piece of information needed from UPSB, and Dominique in the Loans department, was as kind, caring and compassionate as you could be. The home loan itself has nothing to do with this bank or Dominique, but she was a great help in getting me everything in a timelyManner!!

May first dealing with UP State Bank was a home loan. I have been with them since. You are not a number at this bank, but your own name. Every bank associate I have dwelt with either by phone or in person has been helpful and friendly. Thank you UP State Bank for your great service.

Great customer service at the Escanaba branch! I manage my mom's savings account, but no longer live in Escanaba and needed to have some money transferred. Desiree hand delivered the check to the end location. It saved me and my family a lot of time and effort.

I don't think anyone in Marquette wanted a bank across from the McDonalds. There's too many banks in Marquette already that could be serving much better purposes instead of taking up large amounts of space in town just to write loans and cash checks. Many people, including myself, were praying for a Panera bread at your new location. I was hoping for at least something we don't have any of up here, similar to the great return of Dunkin Donuts to Marquette that we were blessed with this Summer. Please make a Google listing for your Marquette location so I can properly review it.

I have been banking with State Bank for 18 years. Their facilities are clean & inviting, the staff is friendly & knowledgeable, and the management's business acumen is second to none. I highly recommend utilizing their banking services for both personal and business needs.

Holly and I had worked for nearly 6 weeks with a different lending institution on a large resort project up north, only to have the bottom fall out of it at the last minute . Monday morning I called Dave and Eric and by Friday at noon the deal was done. Not Only are they men of integrity their customer service skills are second to none! Forever grateful for the extra effort gentleman!
