Bad customer service in escanaba store. Spoke to very rudely. In the end took my package to send through another store because of how I was spoke to. I will not be going back.

I live on a medication called TPN it is how I get fed and keep from getting malnutrition and for second time this week ups you have delayed important medicals supplies needed to use the medication that expires before you get me my supplies so thousands of dollars down the drain hey CHAMVA and referral government did you k ow you were paying for this ive tried talking to you but to no solution so now im letting everyone know don't send medical supplies thru them they do not make sure you get them this is beyond infuriating by the time they get it to me it's useless and the next week goes out and if that's messed im reporting to fcc I'm done and try me

I went in to pick up an Amazon delivery, which I do fairly frequently at many different locations. Usually, employees at the UPS stores are friendly, helpful, and polite but definitely not at this location. They first pretended to not even know what an Amazon package pickup was, but then found my package immediately among the three boxes on the special set of shelves set aside specifically for Amazon deliveries that they've never heard of before. Then proceeded to hold my package in front of me while taking a long time reading a brochure of some sort instead of handing me my package. Then they got very confused and angry because my mailing address and my home address aren't the same. The whole interaction was just weird and took entirely too long. I'm glad I'm just visiting and that everyone else I encountered in Escanaba (and the whole of Michigan, really) was very friendly and pleasant, and that I never have to see these confused, angry, rude women again. Yay!

I'm not sure where to put this rating because I love UPS stores and use them often. Most of the time service has been pretty good but I was in there about 1pm today and printed a slip. The slip typically comes with a little plastic pouch. I asked the lady if she had a pouch and she pretended to look and said we are out and I need to order more. I asked here if I could borrow a piece of tape so I could put it on versus driving home to get tape. Even though they didn't have the slip she said, "No, but I can sell you some for.." $4.99 in a sort of dismissive tone. I guess I was being cheap. I felt that if you don't have something you typically have and then you can't give a few pieces of tape versus inconveniencing your customer then something doesn't seem right. I bought some across the street but it just seems like it was more of their mistake so they could have done a courtesy piece of tape from the packing tape roll behind her. I buy packing tape from them all the time but I won't any more because of that. The only other issue is that all the other UPS take USPS mail and this is the only one who doesn't. I think they have their own policies but I thought it was still part of the corporate policies as a branch chain. A perspective. Its ok but not up to what I have seen from other stores. It was likely a lady having a bad day so I want to be fair.
