Awesome customer service and we really appreciated it,we missed our delivery at our house but we were able to catch the driver here after his route in the evening so we didn't have to wait until tomorrow to get our package which we really needed.

Went there to try and pick up a package because they won't update my adress and Bern waiting a week now for it to arrive when it was to arrive in two days but now it's stuck on adress change request pending and there are many buildings and roads that don't know how to get back to it!

Constantly says my address is wrong when its not. They need to update their gps. Always says they attempted to deliver my packages but my house is under 24/7 survellence. They dont ever attempt.

The company I work with cannot keep the boxes under a specific weight. The poor drivers at ups shouldn't have to lift boxes the big and heavy so I go over and pick them up with my truck. The guys help me get them on and I'm out.

When trying to return a package that was delivered to me mistakenly I tried to use the online services. I had no luck with that after hours of typing and rabbit holes. Finally I got on the phone and after being bounced around for more than an hour and then speaking to someone in another country with a bad connection I was told that someone local would call me back within an hour. 2 and 1/2 hours later I received a call from “Brian” who was having a very bad day apparently because he was absolutely rude and actually hollered at me because he said that he couldn’t understand what I was saying. After he had the information he needed he hung up on me! He didn’t tell me when the package was to be picked up or ask me for my address, so I don’t know if the package will be delivered to the person that it belongs to. I feel that I’ve gone over and above what I should have done but I would hope that if my package was delivered to the wrong address that person would do the same for me. I of course understand that stress is abundant right now but that’s exactly why any customer service people need to be aware that they are not the only people who are under this stress! “Brian’s” behavior was unforgivable and unnecessary! I’m like most people in that when I’m treated like that I get my hackles up too! I’m gonna take care and talk about this situation with UPS’s upper management and maybe you won’t have to be yelled at too!
