Came in this morning and was checked out by an Isaac, he was super kind and helpful, walking me through singing up for the rewards program in order to get my sale items, and read all the prices back to make sure they rang up correctly without even asking him to. Super friendly and excellent customer service!

I hope you don't have to talk to a person there especially the pharmacy. good luck. Automated system makes it almost impossible to talk to a person. Meijer has an awsome pharmacy that walgreens won't buy out

This pharmacy, waited 10 days to tell me that they don't carry a narcotic medication I need from back surgery. Needless to say, my future perscriptions will NOT be sent to Walgreens.

Not sure what all the fuss is about, the staff is fairly quick and professional, very courteous. I'm sure all the one star reviews are from old grumps who are upset about having to wait more than 5 minutes. There's lines sometimes, of course, but what do you expect when literally everyone and their grandma comes here for a prescription refill.When you shop here remember to be patient and courteous, the workers here have to deal with so many jerks on a daily basis.

What a horrible place this is!! How can this manager still be working. This was the last straw! I have seen him make an elderly woman with a walker go to the end of the line because she was taking too long. He belittles his employees in front of customers. That’s just horrible in itself. Now this time there was an elderly gentleman needed assistance with the photo booth. He refused to help him!!!! Right there in front of my eyes refused to help this customer!! I know everyone has a bad day. But how can one customer see A MANAGER have such deplorable behavior over and over? I’m not in there every day. Possibly twice a month. To have witnessed him behave like this? Disgusting. I for one won’t shop there again. Not till he is gone. It’s sad to see what should be a great store be managed be someone like that. Shame on you Walgreens for allowing this to continue!

I don’t usually write 1 star reviews, but hope I can save others the trouble I just went through. I have gotten every prescription since I’ve lived in Escanaba from Walgreens, for 15 years never had many problems. I have been on a simple prescription for almost a year, which is still current with an available refill. Today over the course of 20 minutes of holds and transfers I spoke with a call center representative, 2 pharmacy technicians and a supervisor. None of them were able to answer my questions on why my prescription was under review for over 24 hours with no notifications(though I’m set up for notifications). Finally the latter pharmacy technician told me “We are not able to dispense your prescription”, and would not explain why. After I waited on hold for 3 minutes the supervisor informed me “My pharmacy technician just told me that your prescription does not meet our requirements”, but refused to explain why only stating “I’m not going to get into that it’s too long” and that I need to get my prescriptions somewhere else. I think I’d be less baffled and disappointed if any of my questions were answered. If I was not told by an employee to get help elsewhere, I certainly would now.

This is BY FAR one of the VERY WORST of stores I have EVER dealt with. I NEVER shop here and WILL NEVER. I REFUSE to even set foot in the building, it's SOOO BAD!! Not all but MOST of the employees in my past dealings are among the rudest that I have EVER dealt with. The manager IS THE RUDEST manager I've EVER dealt with and I can't understand how he manages to keep his job because I KNOW there has been many MANY COMPLAINTS!!! My past experience with this store has rendered my REFUSAL to further patronize this store. However I get STUCK dealing with the pharmacy as a relative that I often help uses them and just today I had to call in a script for my family member and was treated rudely on the phone. The person waiting on me wouldn't listen to what I was saying, cutting me off and over talking me...apparent attitude of acting like she just wanted to rush along to get me outa her way. When called out on it, she just persisted in arguing at me! HOW RUDE!!! Been a few years now since I had to deal with Walgreens for myself, but I can PLAINLY SEE THAT NOTHING HAS CHANGED WITH THE ATTITUDE OF THIS PLACE!!

This Walgreens has the best pharmacy with caring and knowledgeable people. The pharmacist is very considerate and accommodating. I will use this store every time we visit the Escanaba area.

Typical drug store prices expensive on some things. I was here a while ago put never posted a review. This store was clean and it was easy to find items you need. Staff was friendly.
