I'm not even a member of this bank and they attempted to call me for no reason.

Flagstar bought out Wells Fargo accounts in Michigan. I opened a new account with Wells Fargo. I was told the Flagstar account was closed. Instead, when I checked to find out where the money went that was in the account it had been “used up”by fees. Then they charged overdraft fees and sent me it to collections.

The staff at this branch are amazing. They always remember my name. The service is excellent. Waaaaaay better than the old bank, Wells Fargo.
