“Shopped here today for the first time ever. I’d never been before because I thought it wasn’t my style. I needed new jeans though and have a hard time finding the right fit and an acquaintance recommended I try Maurices.
The woman working was so kind even though she was really busy being the only staff with 5 customers. I may have tried on one of each type of jeans they had, but I did end up finding something that fit just right.
After leaving the east coast I’ve lived in the UP a long time but didn’t realize there was this kind of boutique shopping experience right here. This is seriously Manhattan level customer care and shopping experience, but with small town prices.
I live over 50 miles away so it’s going to be a minute before I’ll be back, but I am looking forward to returning to see what cozy things they carry this fall.”
“When visiting the area the locals highly recommended this store. Ended up stopping in multiple times and finding something each time. The higher prices are to be expected, but the quality and design of the clothing is very nice compared to similar stores. The staff, including the adorable pup, were very friendly.”
