What is up with this pharmacy? Are store managers paying attention to what's going on? The service STINKS. I've heard consistently that they've dealt with staff shortages now since March 2020. Three years later they have still yet to get my prescriptions done on time once. Not one time have they gotten them ready when they say they're supposed to be ready. You can call it in a week in advance and when you get there you have to wait in line for them to fill it. Staff act like you're inconveniencing them, they're rude, they don't have any phone manners and when you complain they act as though you're the person who has the problem. It really doesn't do any good to complain because by the time they figure out the problem there's a staff change. The final straw for me is when they had a 90 year old woman at the drive-through, the lines were backed up inside the store and the poor lady at the drive through couldn't reach her meds. My gosh, the woman is in the drive-through because she's elderly and can't come in. Somebody couldn't run around and handle her medication's, you made her park and come in and then talk smack about her while the people in line can hear? This is ridiculous. Does anybody read these reviews? I'm done

I finally called it quits and switched pharmacies. The pharmacy at this Kroger is the most disorganized, most unprofessional, and Condescending group of people I've worked with. You can call in a prescription a week in advance, drop it off with three days notice, and it is never ready. Not once in three years have they had my medication's available when I needed them. The final straw was with the young snot they have working in their names Savannah. After they had five days to prepare my medication's which I needed as I was leaving for a holiday trip, savanna told me that they weren't ready and I could come back in three hours. I refused. She told me that I could refuse all I wanted but that they would not have them available to me until 1 o'clock in the afternoon. I would have missed my plane. Not only were they not prepared, they were unwilling to be flexible to my needs and the attitude displayed by this young snot, pushed me over the edge. I asked them to transfer my prescriptions across the street to Walgreens who had them available to me in 40 minutes. Management, please read the reviews for your pharmacy. You need to do something about their organization and at a minimum have a conversation with the young snot that works there. People have a choice and where they get services and it seems that you're losing customers rapidly.

Management should really talk to their employees about APPROPRIATE work place behavior. If a couple is working at the same place they probably should not be walking around the store holding hands. I walked into the store seeing 2 employees holding hands then the 2 employees walked by 20 min later still holding hands while one of them assisted a customer. Its a work place not a spring social. If they were my employees they'd have been put on separate shifts

Gone horrifically downhill. Customer service is non existant. They will have your script for a week and not fill it until you are in line. They never take responsibility either, always put it off on the doctor even when there are refills. They used to be great.... now id rather go anywhere else.

used to be a good pharmacy. Now it's terrible. All new staff about a year ago. Some are nice but some of the pharmacist are extremely rude. If a prescription runs out they expect you to call your doctor now, or insurance. It's gotten unbelievable. Their app is a mess. Completely useless when it comes to reminders to refill meds. Go anywhere but here!

Friendly service, but I am frustrated that two times times in row Kroger did not have a common medication even when I came days after the Rx was submitted and failed to have any in on the day the tech stated when I tried another day. I went across the street to Walgreens and it was filled in minutes. What is going on? Close the pharmacy if you don't have any meds to dispense. Don't waste our time.

Called the pharmacy. Was out of a prescription. Whoever answered told me I had no refills and I would have to call my doctor. Asked them if they would send a request for me to the doctor. She said "NO...YOU call your doctor. We are not going to.Never had them say that in the past. They always called for me. I am an elderly senior and need the meds. I always found that if Kroger called them, it seemed the doctor's office responded quicker. So, I guess they have changed from doing this as a courtesy as other pharmacies do to now telling a patient "Sorry. You can do it. We can't be bothered. But we still want your business".Sorry Kroger. I am switching to a pharmacy that told me yesterday that they have absolutely no problem with calling a doctors office to get refills.Folks, they only care about making money and I encourage others who deal with them to switch to a smaller pharmacy that is more patient friendly.

This is NOT the same pharmacy it used to be. Remember when you were waited on, with a smile, in a timely manner? Remember when the pharmacist came from behind the counter to help with something and you hadn't even asked her or him to? Skip ahead to about a year ago. Most are all new staff. They seem bored, lazy, unfriendly, and worst of all run out of common Rx drugs frequently. Whose job is it to avoid that? Hmmmmm? I've gone to a high up store manager who was polite, yet also stated that he hears pharmacy complaints frequently and sales are down substantially!!! Seriously? And nothing gets changed? Pharmacies are MONEY MAKERS! Why does KROGER of Essexville, MI let this continue? I've stuck it out there as long as I care to. Any suggestions of CARING and FRIENDLY local pharmacies? Thanks in advance.

Slow, rude when you ask questions. Short answers when you ask when a script will ready, they just answer, it will be ready. I need to know when. Many times I have drove over, for it not to ready.
