I had lost my phone and stopped into the Essexville Verizon store to find out if they could help me. The technician on duty (Feb. 6, 2023 @ 10:30 am) showed me how to use the Google application on my laptop to find my phone. I used it and it worked perfectly! He was so, so helpful and he deserves a raise!

This is a third party location, it is not a corporate Verizon. Do not go here. We have been dealing with issues with them since October. We have had to spend at least 20 hours+ total on the phone with corporate Verizon trying to get things fixed. They do not tell you up front all the fees they will charge (he transferred all information to 5 devices without disclosing it would be $49 for each device, would not have had them do this if they disclosed that- $250 in fees they did not disclose.) Adam says he will do x, y, z to help fix the problem and doesn’t do it. Was supposed to get a $150 credit for the trouble with not disclosing fees, that was never followed through with on our account. Was never provided tracking number to a cell phone we turned in to them. Called to talk to Adam again about this, the employee says Adam will call back and never get a phone call from him. Poor resolution for issues they causeThey try to get you “deals” by going round about ways/backdoor ways which ends up causing so many issues in the future (hence 20+ hours trying to get it fixed and issues are still not resolved) they set up our internet to a fake address which is leading to so many issues and then they created a separate temporary phone number to get credit for a phone trade in which is ridiculous. Go to corporate, they will give you the credit without creating fake addresses and setting up separate phone numbers. Trying to explain this to corporate Verizon they get confused where to find all the information since the information is listed under random addresses and phone numbers.I could go on and on about all the things they’ve messed up on our account but bottom line, Just save your time and money and go to corporate who is upfront and honest about all the fees and doesn’t do shady backdoor ways to get you deals.

Had a very positive experience getting a new phone this week! Daniel was beyond helpful and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Would easily recommend this location to others! Even though I live in Grand Rapids, I’d return to this hometown location for the awesome customer service. Thank you for helping me and also my dad, Daniel!

Daniel Toler was awesome. Myself and my husband are in our eighties and he was very patient and kind and took time to help us with our new phones he is very knowledgeable, kind and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants service above and beyond! Daniel is good example of if the type of employee that every Verizon store should have for an employee!

Verizon store on wilder road in Bay City manipulated my mother and daughter into a new line which was because they said she couldn't get an upgrade. After suggesting that they get a new line to get a phone for me, they promised no activation fee and put the accessories on the bill. After trying to call I was told I couldn't go to any other location and get bill details and the wait til the 14th. Needless to say I get a call from Daniel saying he heard my voice mail and asked if I needed help. After talking on the phone for 10min he suggested that we come in. 20min and he not only rebuilt our trust he also got our bill down $40. NEVER AGAIN will we go to a "corporate" store, Wireless Zone on Center is the BEST PLACE to get ANYTHING done!! Go see Daniel and Gavyn!!!!

I've spent several hours on the phone with technical support. I went in at their encouragement to get a new phone as they told me, my phone could no longer be supported with the new software updates. When I went in, Sara asked if she could look at it. She explained that she couldn't find anything wrong with it. I showed her that the cellular data kept turning off and the hotspot was turning on. She asked me to show her.... Turns out, it's not a new phone I need, it's eye glasses. I have been turning my cellular data off thinking it's the hotspot. She saved me $1000. Thank you Sara for being such a good sport about it. Duh....
