The store is so cluttered that you can hardly make it through many of the isles.
The floors are always filthy, and it's hard to find or even get to products that you are looking for.
The other dollar store in town is so much better!

This is by far is one of the dirtiest locations I’ve seen. Sad that Evart allows this store to still stay open. With crap crowding the isle ways with open products and nothing has a place. Then to top it off can’t get anybody at the register like 10 mins after standing there. Lady finally comes rolling her eyes and huffing. I mean I don’t have high standards coming to DG but come on try to at least try.

Understaffed, cluttered and unorganized. Recently stopped in for a quick purchase and waited 5 minutes at the register ever to even see an employee. Squeezed their make shift “squeeze for assistance” noise maker multiple times and nobody came. Left my item on the counter and walked out. Will not return to this or any dollar general, multiple bad experiences recently.

This store is always busy and usually the aisles are packed with rolltainers/U-boats in the way but the store Manager at this location tries really hard to keep up with it as he is the only one doing multiple rules at first everyday,I used to work for a company that did his resets and he always found a way to assist me in making sure that I had what I needed to get my job done...

Cluttered most days but that blame lay in corporate operations. The store is too small for what the employees have to deal with and the register layout is flow prohibitive.

I’ve been to this place before and usually everyone has been pretty kind. Today was a really bad experience. I needed at least two of the baskets full of things. I walked in with my baby and I was told there was no carts by a manager. The other guy said they are pretty hard to come by. So I had to carry my baby around trying to fill a basket as much as I could than had to carry 5 bags with my baby out to my car. While I was in the store I noticed all the carts were filled with stock that wasn’t yet put away. Super annoying.

Honestly the fact they just remodeled the store and it’s trashier. Is funny. The lot has so much trash it looks straight outta a third world country. They have 3 registers and still manage to have a line at all times. Honestly if you enjoy getting treated like you are a inconvenience this is the place for you.

I walk in this store and there music was playing way to loud I couldn’t hear my husband talking to me .The cashiers apologized saying that their whole system was down and they was using a personal speaker that was centralized and no matter where they put it, it was gonna be loud. Not very happy coming here I will keep going to Reed City
