About Wellspring Lutheran Services Fairview Campus
We have been serving seniors in northern Michigan from our 90-acre campus in Oscoda County since 1979. Our Fairview campus provides a range of senior living needs, including independent and affordable living options, as well as skilled nursing care, long-term care and rehabilitation following hospitalization or illness.

The therapy dept. has taught me how to use my prosthetic and move in supportive ways. Dietary has taken time to teach me good eating habit. Staff have taught me self discipline to the point I am getting ready to reenter the community. Without them this goal would not have happened.

They are very helpful and explain everything that will be happening. They take the time and ask what are some of the interests are for your family members. When we left we knew that are mom was in the very best of hands. The staff was very helpful and very supportive.
