I have been going to this place for years, the sales and parts departments are great but my problem was with the service department especially with my service advisor Jessica who had my car for 2 weeks working on my car that had a recall and didn’t provide me with a loaner car and every time I called to speak to her to check on my car they tell me she’s away from her desk which i was very frustrating like how can you be away from your desk most of the day!!! If you need service done on your car then go to Audi of Birmingham their service department was much better.

Worst dealership and car repair I have ever encountered. Zero competence paired with terrible customer service.8 weeks for A/C repair. 1 month later, A/C stopped working again. Refused to provide follow-up appointment in under 3 months wait. Finally, brought the car back and it took again 8 weeks. Loaner car was provided after over 5 weeks wait and two complaints to Audi USA. Terrible communication of status updates. I had to come in multiple times in person, since nobody picked up the phone or returned voice mails for days.Car also has drivability issues after cold start. Throughout the 8 week the car spent in the shop, I was told there is a software update that will fix it. When I picked up the car, there was no recollection that we discussed this issues multiple times and that I was told it will be fixed. It was not.Car also had brake shutter issues. They replaced only the rear rotors (not the pads that are worn too). Brake shutter issues persist. No acknowledgement of the issues or willingness to look into it further. I was willing to pay whatever it takes to fix these brakes. I guess they must have more important customers that get priority.Complaints to their general manager were useless too.I will never come back to this place nor will I ever buy Audi again.

I have been buying from suburban 20 plus years. This is our 5th Audi lease.Dealership is conveniently located, price are reasonable even during pandemic and post pandemic they are not price gouging like others. Lee has been excellent person to work with. He has good knowledge of product and always guides customer for informed decisions.

Z Amhaz is the best! When I made my decision to buy a vehicle from Audi of Farmington Hills, I knew exactly what I was looking for. I called the sales department and was fortunate to have her answer my call. She found the vehicle in their inventory, scheduled time for me to come in same-day, and met me outside when I arrived. After test driving the car, I took a day to “think about it.” When I called her to let her know I was interested in moving forward, she went out of her way to expedite the formalities for me. Upon arriving to finalize the sale, she had the vehicle beautifully detailed and ready for delivery. I mentioned wanting to order some accessories and she helped me coordinate with parts department. From start to finish during the transaction, Z was fantastic to work with and very responsive to my questions. I highly recommend contacting her if you’re in the market for an Audi. Thank you Z!

At a time with slim inventory and crazy rates, the Farmington Hills team did a great job showcasing an A5 Sportback to my wife and explaining the installed features. Aaron went the extra mile to ensure the vehicle was inspection ready and spotless. Jennifer was friendly and informative. Thanks for all the hard work putting this together.

Responsive, friendly, above and beyond experience with the purchase of my new Audi Q8 Etron. And a fantastic deal on top of all that! And after the numbers were figured out, Tim, the general manager found an additional discount that I was entitled to. Great dealership, would not hesitate to patronize them for any of my automotive needs. Patrick was very helpful as well.Enjoying my new Q8 Etron immensely. A significant improvement over the 2020 model.

Purchased a 2021 Audi A5 on July 14th and still do not have the Title or license plates for the car Mind you we paid cash for the car....Arron Stokes and the rest of the management team at this dealership are a complete Joke.. I cant even think of why anyone would do business with this place... We should have read the reviews before we drove 2 1/2 hours from Ohio to purchase a car from them.....They will also try to charge you a fee to detail your car your purchasing 295.00 then they will try to charge you 1095.00 for a service & protection fee and 1095.00 for interior& exterior protection fee ALL ARE JUST ADDED DEALER PROFIT........WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE THIS PLACE IS.

My experience at Audi of Farmington Hills as been great. Patrick is my salesman and he is fantastic. He keeps his eyes out for the vehicle I'm looking for, remembers all of the things I like and don't like in a model, and provides excellent customer service. The concierge service is also wonderful for servicing as they pick up and drop off my car from home, so it couldn't be more convenient! All around, it's been a wonderful experience.

Horrible horrible experience with their service department. Lack of communication from Jessika was unbelievable. You can call any time of the day, multiple times a day, leave voicemails, and no luck. Multiple times (honestly, more than half the times I’d call and leave messages) where I never even revived a call back. Good luck talking to a manager (Jarren), I never revived any call back even after multiple messages. Talking to him in person you can tell he thinks he’s above you, dismissive, and has a “don’t really care about your issues” attitude. Took my 2019 RS3 under warranty in for an oil leak, rattle, and a fan noise. Month and a week later the oil got taken care of (got taken care of in the first week). For the rest of the time they’d mess with the rattle, couldn’t figure it out, abandon the project for a week. 4 times they took the dash apart, still didn’t fix it. Turns out it was a loose piece of trim, my wife figured it out when I was driving. Never even touched the fan rattle noise. They did say they fixed everything when I finally made it to the dealer for some answers, since I couldn’t get anybody to answer the phone. Without a doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had with any dealership. You’d expect better service from a higher end such as Audi, nope. I’ve had better more respectful people at used car dealerships.

My sales consultant Aaron, and the sales manager Tom put together a deal that I truthfully could not pass up. Showroom was busy but they still were extremely efficient and accommodating. The finance office experience was a breeze as well.
