I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Bank of America branch located at 35410 Grand River Ave in Farmington Hills, MI, where I received exceptional service from Ms. Jatta Monette. From the moment I stepped into the branch, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that immediately put me at ease.Jatta went above and beyond to assist me in opening a new account, taking the time to thoroughly explain the process and answer all of my questions patiently. Her knowledge of the various account options and their benefits was impressive, and she helped me choose the one that best suited my needs.What truly stood out to me was Jatta's hospitality and genuine care for her clients. She made me feel valued and ensured that I had a positive experience throughout my visit. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made the entire process smooth and stress-free.I left the branch feeling confident and satisfied with my decision to bank with Bank of America, largely thanks to Jatta's exceptional service. Our bank associate Jatta was fantastic and with great customer service. The reason I’m giving one star is because unfortunately the real matter we had couldn’t not be taken care of but at least I’m happy they could made my husband sign for a credit card which he actually doesn’t need btw. The other reason for the one star is because I feel the Manager Rita is a little bit rude and I feel she’s racist. We lost about an hour and a half just to end up without the real reason we stood in there in first place resolved. The phone lines need to be repaired since is.a pain to communicate bc nobody answers and the app is really very poor design which is sad for a bank of this category. Thankfully we did succeed at Chase! They took care very fast of everything we needed and their app is just fantastic. At some point I was thinking to move from them to Bank of America but now I know that would be a big mistake.

I had a very frustrating experience with another Bank of America branch and by my good fortune I went to the next nearest BOA financial center on Grand River and was assigned to Senior Banker Jatta Monette. Ms. Monette was very professional, very patient in calming me down as a frustrated customer, and most import very throrough in addressing and resolving my business account banking issues. I have since went back to her with my additional business banking needs and will continue to seek her assistance as my business grows. Well done Ms. Monette! And thank you!

Everyone is friendly enough, but the hours don’t make sense and the store always seems to be understaffed. Expect to wait when you come into this location.

The old Caucasian lady behind the cashier ALWAYS calls the manager when I go to the bank to cash a check, or if I want to withdraw $5,000 or more than that. She is racist! I HATE going to this bank, this woman makes me feel discriminated EVERY TIME I make the mistake to go (I am Latina).The one time I went with my Caucasian husband I was treated kindly for the first and only time in over 1 year. That one time I was greeted kindly, taken care of promptly, and no questions were asked to me; no manager was called.I went today and she was, as usual, the only cashier working, and she had a paper posted on the window that said she had lost her voice. WHY on Earth would a bank have only 1 cashier who happens to not have a voice?!Racist old woman, and unprofessional bank.?
