Amazingly friendly staff. Full oil change done in about 10 minutes. Very clean and easy in and out. Johnny completed my oil change and he gave me a bottle of water and a package of Cheez-It! Johnny reminded me that they will top off my fluids between oil changes too! Highly recommend and I will be back!

First time here. Much better than the last two places I tried for an oil change. Excellent attention to detail. Very friendly. Quick service. Will definitely be back.
Update from 10/17. Needed brake work. They fixed us up quickly, professionally and for a fair price. Impressed again. Second time here now.

Guy working there came inside my truck and started the truck with no oil inside! Spent over $500 here for oil change and could’ve blown my motor by starting it himself instead of having me do it.
Responding: no I didn’t like the whole service I told the worker there about it not to you, so you weren’t there at the time.
Plus there is no defect in the truck , he shouldn’t have pressed it that long lol? Press it for a second or less don’t keep it up pressed like a an incompetent person.

Told me my oil pan plug hole was stripped and plug was spinning. It is now leaking oil and it wasnt before i came here. Wanted to charge me 60.00 and agreed to do it for 50.00 to tap and rethread. I called Tuffy Tire in Northville where i last had oil changed and they offered to fix and do new oil change at no cost. Thats without knowing who stripped it. I don’t think i will be returning to Big Ray’s. They also over inflated my tires and did not bother to look at door jam for manufacter specs. I don’t feel comfortable taking my car here anymore. Also Tuffy only charges 29.99 for synthetic blend oil change.
