I ordered about $4000 of wood for a very long fence and haven’t run into a single twisted or crooked board. They delivered it to my house for free, and situated it in my driveway exactly as I requested. Even if I did find sub par boards, Gutherie said I could come in and exchange it no questions asked. I did a lot of calling and going to inspect wood at different locations due to the scale of my project and state of the market. I would absolutely without hesitation come back here for any other project I end up doing. If I reach the end of my project and need more boards, I will drive the 45 minutes to get more from them, rather than going anywhere closer. Absolutely stellar customer service, quality and pricing.”

“Sales associate William Hed was phenomenal with assisting us during an extremely stressful build. My supervisor honestly thought he was a manager with how efficient he was. They were surprised to find out he was just a sales associate. It looks like Home Depot needs to reevaluate William for a potential promotion. I'd hate to think Home Depot is stifling individuals with management potential in entry level positions.”
