Saad is the greatest customer service representative I’ve ever spoken to out of any CVS location I’ve ever been to. He was incredibly kind and was more than patient enough whenever I asked questions that required long answers. I cannot recommend the CVS enough even because of Saad alone. He has managed to make my CVS experience an incredibly positive one. Thank you Saad.

The cashier named Sandra was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Gave an extremely foul attitude to me when she made a mistake- claiming "I never told her" and proceeded to express her frustration t me. I will never shop here again. Her poor attitude has left a bad taste in my mouth. Do better Sandra!

Worst service ever. The pharmacy staff treats you like crap. You ask questions, and they are extremely rude and condescending. Wow. Didn't realize that such poor customer service existed amongst people that are forced to be educated and licensed. Double wow. You get notifications that your prescriptions are ready, but they don't warn you that all of them are not ready. When you get a (false) text that your prescriptionS are ready, be prepared to show up and pick up one prescription, and have to wait 2 to 5 days for the next two or three prescriptions. I am transferring my prescriptions to the CVS in Auburn Hills near where my husband works. They know what they're doing. They don't treat their customers like crap. It's not a CVS thing, because Other branches don't treat their customers like idiots. These people couldn't care less.

I find that the people that work in the Pharmacy to be helpful. Sometime a little querky, but always there to help the customers. I usually enjoy my interaction with the employees there.

I got the wrong dosage medicine from them by once that I did not check the dosage before I open it. And I reminded them at the beginning when I don't need the higher dosage anymore and please don't refill me than one anymore, and for avoiding wrong refill text message, i especially called for clarify the refill dosage. I don't say that they must take back the wrong medicine that I opened, but at least they need to take some responsibilities, or at least apologize, NONE! Just very arrogantly told me:"by law, we can't take opened one back." But what about pay for your own mistakes?!
