After today, I will just drive out of my way and visit another location. Sandra is absolutely rude and condescending every single time I visit, not even worth worrying if she's going to be there to deal with her nasty attitude.

There is a cashier (a lady) with dark hair who works in the front of the store who gets very abrupt with customers. She's been that way with me a few times, in one instance and I was standing behind a gentleman that she was doing the same thing to him. If possible, I go to the pharmacy in the back just to avoid her.

The pharmacy manager might be one of the rudest people I have met here. The way he speaks to people was horrendous. Maybe he was having a bad day, but that is not an excuse. He took my phone from me when I told him I had a coupon without asking and seemed to get mad when I told him I didn't want him scrolling through my pictures to get it.

I’ve seen multiple other people complain about the cashier at this CVS location, and I came here to chime in. The cashier woman was rude to me two separate times and gets exasperated and annoyed way too easily, over simple customer service tasks. She also ignores you when the self-checkout acts up. She is just nasty for absolutely no reason. I will do everything in my power to avoid this location going forward.

Beware of pharmacist racial profiling - 2 male pharmacist were working this day. I'm a 45 year old man and I have plenty experience knowing what this looks like. I pick up medicine all the time for elderly family members and this was my 1st time at this location. I watched them serve everyone else with respect, but when it was my turn, they felt the need to do a full thorough investigation just to hand me a prescription that had been called in. I had all the necessary information for pick up but was treated very rudely. I don't ever leave reviews but the feeling I had leaving that store was reason for me to share this. This happened the evening of 12/30/23

Either put a polite person who works properly like a normal person in this location, or close your location. I don't have to experience the rudeness of the old lady with glasses that you employ.

I always find what I’m looking for and the people that work here are nice and helpful! I’m so pleased that often when I shop at any CVS location I just so happen to have enough points that allows me to get $10 off my bill, which is usually a surprise which makes it so much better! I’m also glad they’re open late because sometimes I have emergencies and need to pick up important things.

Cashier needs to govern her mouth!!! No tact .. Not welcoming and rude! My second encounter with her. Where is her customer service training. You do not have the right to say what ghetto thing comes to your mind to the customer!
