I work 12 hours a day when I get off work the kiosk is shut off at 7:30 p.m..
Which forces me to wait in line with only two people in front of me. Watching the cashier who looks half dead and completely baked, methodically scan item by item as if she was doing it in alphabetical order just to watch her have to start everything over again. I hate going in here after 7:00 I have walked out after waiting in this line seven times. It should not take somebody 25 minutes of standing in a line with just two people in front of me yet it happens every night after 7:30 when I'm there. I had to walk out again tonight because I was really starting to think the cashier may be dead. This is labeled a pharmacy and a convenience store. Yet they strive to inconvenience. It puts me in real bad situation because the next option would be to go to the 7-Eleven across the street and that is a train wreck inside a dumpster fire. If you manage either of these places please help please help them because when this is going on I see sometimes two other employees in the store doing absolutely nothing. And please for the love of God leave the kiosk open until close. The kiosk can push out 10 customers before that line with your cashier moves one person. PLEASE I cannot afford to be gone for 1 hour for my kids after working all day just because I need a gallon of milk

"Sort of"
CVS
"Some of the Time, if You're Lucky"
That's what the store should be called.
You're lucky if you get anyone who is remotely friendly and you are lucky if what you want is actually stocked on the shelf. You're lucky if the sale signs are in the correct locations and you are lucky if the registers (and/or people) are working and you are able to check out quickly.
There is a 24hr CVS less than two miles away at 7 Mile & Middlebelt. Probably just go there if possible.
P.S. You used to be lucky if they didn't close 30 minutes early every night, but that seems to have been corrected. So, I considered giving two stars instead of just one but I couldn't do it.

Very nice cashier and very helpful. I wish all cashier's could be like the one I had today. And she wasn't on her cell phone. I had her full attention.

Some of the rudest employees I have dealt with at the pharmacy. The employees do not like their jobs and its obvious
ETA: I called about the status of a medication and spoke with an employee who has no reason to be as nasty to people as she was to me. Stay away from this location.

Not impressed with this store. I walked in no music on in store, felt like no one was there. No one greeted me and cashier wasn’t very friendly. Sure not like the Plymouth store I used to go to. Definitely needs some work.

I don't know why is so hard to find a kind pharmacist but there ARE more stressful jobs. The pharmacist hang up the phone on me as I am trying to figure out why my dad's prescription is taking 1 month to fill. Pharmacist kept repeating "it's ready today" and hang up the phone when I was trying to get more info so I know where the issue was with a scrips Dr sent May 1.

I have been using this CVS location since I moved to this neighborhood almost 9 years ago. I would find everything I need here. Plus CVS extracare card is also well worth it. My Primary Care Dr for my Family sends prescriptions here and have no major issue with Pharmcy.

I came here to pick up my prescription because I received an alert that it was ready. I had just been diagnosed with Flu B, Covid, and sinusitis. The drive through window was closed, forcing me to go inside. They told me that the system was down and that I will have to call around myself to find find a pharmacy that will transfer my prescriptions. They had zero compassion and tried to just dismiss me. They obviously weren’t busy due to turning everyone away. Also, why would they fill my prescriptions and alert me to come when they knew they couldn’t give me them? The better thing to do would have been to call me before I came all the way there.

Pharmacy is the worst. Staff is clueless. Go to a different CVS!

Great staff. Unfortunately, the Homeless camp out front feels unsafe
