Not impressed with this store. I walked in no music on in store, felt like no one was there. No one greeted me and cashier wasn’t very friendly. Sure not like the Plymouth store I used to go to. Definitely needs some work.

I don't know why is so hard to find a kind pharmacist but there ARE more stressful jobs. The pharmacist hang up the phone on me as I am trying to figure out why my dad's prescription is taking 1 month to fill. Pharmacist kept repeating "it's ready today" and hang up the phone when I was trying to get more info so I know where the issue was with a scrips Dr sent May 1.

I have been using this CVS location since I moved to this neighborhood almost 9 years ago. I would find everything I need here. Plus CVS extracare card is also well worth it. My Primary Care Dr for my Family sends prescriptions here and have no major issue with Pharmcy.

I came here to pick up my prescription because I received an alert that it was ready. I had just been diagnosed with Flu B, Covid, and sinusitis. The drive through window was closed, forcing me to go inside. They told me that the system was down and that I will have to call around myself to find find a pharmacy that will transfer my prescriptions. They had zero compassion and tried to just dismiss me. They obviously weren’t busy due to turning everyone away. Also, why would they fill my prescriptions and alert me to come when they knew they couldn’t give me them? The better thing to do would have been to call me before I came all the way there.

I have been coming to this CVS for over 8yrs now since it is close to my house and this is also my pharmacy. But today I have never been felt so disrespected!!! I have never done a negative review similar to this in my whole life... This is something I need to get out of my chest!!! Leteanna the front sells clerk-- right when she saw me returning today what I was trying to return yesterday but missing a receipt.. shrug her shoulders and ughhhh "did you bring your receipt?"...when she messed up the machine she stated to the other employee in front me! "She messed it up".... Really? I was just not saying anything nor would I stopped down to that level... All I said was "don't blame me?".. I don't like being treated that way because I WILL NEVER TREAT ANYONE THAT WAY!!!All I can say if you disliked or disagree what the costumer is trying to do--DO NOT SHOW OR MAKE IT OBVIOUS....BE RESPECTFUL NO MATTER WHAT...

If you like crammed isles, long lines and excessively expired milk, this the store for you. And yes, I know I shouldn't try to use a CVS for a quick grocery stop. My bad. It gets the second star because the staff is nice.

Cashier stood at the lottery ticket machine picking out all he wanted and left me standing at the counter for a while.... I have had a bad experience multiple times at this location.

I love all the staff they are very kind and never hesitate to answer any questions ❤️ The young lady with the cute voice is a darling. Rawan is awesome too. She always does her job A1 and knows who I am even when I call without saying my name.

I was in briefly today. This locations your average CVS. Nothing fancy and everything is where you'd expect things to be. The staff was friendly throughout my visit which is always a plus. 3 stars simply because it was a middle of the road experience for me.

Worst customer service. Went in to buy a cough syrup. Asked for checkout assistance at the pharmacy counter as the medicine requires one to be 18+ to buy, but was told to go to the main checkout and that they are busy and they called for customer assistance. The other lady just came in didn't even bother to ask what was needed and left. I again requested for checkout assistance and she pointed to the self checkout where a customer was slready having some issues.Finally walked up to an employee who was working in the aisles; kept the cough medicine on the employees cart and left. Very bad customer experience especially for someone who is in a hurry.

I was falling in line in the photo section, to claim my photo, then a couple of new customers fall in line in the cashier, which obliviously he Adam, the guy with the glasses, attended the customers who we’re supposed to behind, after my service. So i called, politely and said, excuse me, I’m on line for my photo ahead of them, and he still, very rudely, said, but you’re not in line, and I replied coz, I’m trying to get my photo orders, The customer, behind me apologized, the one Adam is taking care of but this Adam, cashier, a very rude, ignorant about manners, really doesn’t seem to realize the real issue. The other lady cashier attended to my needs, nice and was thankful for her… but this Adam, with the glasses, doesn’t deserve to be working in this environment CVS. Ive been shopping here almost every week. This is my first time to have encountered an ignorant, ill- mannered, rude CVS cashier. I hope he could be transferred or at least talked on to by the owners or manager. This is a serious thing.
