No online payment portal and it sucks . Improve your billing service making it more patient friendly than making it a pain for them where they have to call up a number with long wait or no one answering (referring to your third party provider who does this for you) or mail a check which is also inconvenient for customers. Otherwise services the lab per se is good.

The staff here are amazing and can definitely make you feel comfortable. I'll be coming back here if I need too. This place is better than the last urgent care I've been too.

Please allow users to type in Day of birth. I had to tap monthly calendar over 600 times to get to my birthday.

The page I used to access my results was terrible. I was born in 1967 and had to scroll/tap through the calender with over 600 times to get to my birthday.

I was unable to access my lab results from the text link they sent me. I had to contact the lab by phone and wait for the email. It was my understanding that the results would be emailed. Nothing was said about a text being sent to my phone. Did not like the process.

They’ve had my husbands urine test for two weeks. The urgent care and ourselves have been calling multiple times and are told it is still pending and don’t know why. They say they will call us back within 2 hours with result and they don’t. The urgent care and us have called at least 5 times. Ali doesn’t answer his phone and his voicemail is full so can’t leave a message. None of the employees who work there and answer can tell us why it’s still “pending.” This has delayed care for 2 weeks now. Awful place.
