So inspiring! I'm glad Greysteel is taking the time and patience to help train people over 40. I work in a research lab with older adults and one major cause of injury or decline in the older adult population come from falls. Strengthening all muscle and joints help prevent falls, and may save a life!

I've been implementing Starting Strength training for four years. Great results. 68 years old. Weight training enables me to ski, inline skate, bike ride, hike and do all the cool stuff (yes, that too) that I loved doing as a teenager.

My 81year old mom is strength training with Sully. If you aren't on the athlete of aging train, there's no time like the present to get started. Masters athletes...yahoo!!!
