“My personal experience with the metro agency has been excellent!! Teresa the lady i just saw took time out of her lunch to help me with a issue i had with a credit/refund. I probably took up about a hour of her time (felt really bad) but she was very pleasant and knowledgeable and was able to get my issue resolved rather quickly. “If you are a AAA member, go here to get your passport photos. The price was great at $8 for two photos. Also unlike other passport set-ups, AAA has an area off to the side with a tall cubicle partition so you can have your photo taken with more privacy than for example at UPS or the post office. The AAA staff at this location are always very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this location.”
