I was so happy with their service, got me in and out in the same same day, in had an overheating problem, i went to the dealer, and they wanted so much money for an intake gasket, thank you K & F Auto for the great work was done to my car, perfectly running like brand new, I'll definitely comeback for more work if i needed any in the future, and I'll refer all friend and family.

My car had some sound while driving so I went to this service center. This person charged me $980 claiming that the car had something broken and also needed alignment. He said that only left side is done but there might be problems again on the right tires of car and that we might have to do that again. Again after couple of months or so I started getting same sound, so I decided to go to belle tire. Because for some reason I wasn’t able to trust this guy completely. Belle tire people told me that the sound was because I hadn’t drove car for a while during winter and if I keep driving, it’ll just go away and that there was no problem. I asked them if there was any changes done on the right tires of the car and he said no and my car model was same as it is and no new components was ever installed there.So basically my car never had problem. It was snowing that day so couldn’t really get this checked with multiple service centers the other day but I highly recommend people to get it checked at multiple locations before treating this guy. I dint have much knowledge on car mechanics so he pretty much fooled me. Seeing the reviews here I trusted him but he is not completely trustworthy after all. Also to mention, that sound I was getting just stopped by itself as I started to drive more often. Please be careful and make sure to get your car checked at multiple locations before finalizing any repairs at this place.
EDIT- I’m 100% sure that I have not mistaken. I’m attaching your store’s label on my car after you serviced it for proof. Don’t try to fool everyone. I’m not sure about the reviews here but I would request everyone out there to get suggestions from different repair shops before finalizing anything here. Don’t ever blindly trust and lose money like I did.

Forget the dealerships and big box/franchises! I did and am better off for it! I worked with Gary, who was able to get me in and out same day for brakes... I was not expecting the additional cost of replacing the calipers and roters. Gary not only took the time to show me the condition they were in (so I understood how badly I needed them) he also gave me a deal on pricing, so that he could send me home safely.
I will be back, Gary! Thank you so much for everything!!
