I had no issues. The staff was friendly, attentive, and my blood draw was fast and pain free. I made an appointment in advance. They took my 5 minutes early and was in and out in less than 10 minutes overall.

Jackie was fantastic, she is an extremely knowledgeable phlebotomist. I am a “hard poke” and am used to having to be poked 2 or 3 times but she got it on the first try! I do recommend making an appointment here. It’s in the basement of the building, just follow the signs.
