Possibly the worst customer support I've ever experienced. Lies, deceit and no follow through. Purported managers claim they will call you back and don't. Never had this experience leasing a car ever in my life prior. Disgraceful.

Website maintenance caused my payment to be kicked out, sent proof of error on their part, they ignored me. Now I have a late on my credit. And they have done away with faulty website, replaced it with a new one!

Horrible rude staff. I am sending a detailed recap of my ongoing experience to President MBF via mail; let’s see. If such terrible customer service is not rectified MB can loose part of its business. Leasing a car takes few minutes and lease transfer takes ages.
