“My experience at this store is always amazing from the time I come in. Upon entering a lady and a gentleman quickly greeted me, asking me how I was the guy was displaying flowers. I didn’t walk to the back of the store to speak with the pharmacist asking about some over-the-counter pain medicine she which was Rita absolutely helpful and very nice. After asking her which would be best for what I was dealing with she made a decision and I purchased it. Mariah was very helpful as always directing me down the aisle with the pain meds were prior to speaking to the pharmacist. What is amazing about the store to me is at some point I expect to walk in and not be greeted by friendly people however, that has not been my experience. The only bad thing that I could say about the store is that it doesn’t have a drive-through other than that it is a super friendly store and I love it!!”

I like the assortment, the availability and the "feel" of the store....much warmer than the CVS @ 13 & Orchard Lake. I miss the older dark haired woman who was there since Eden. The regular checkout folks now are efficient, but, not the warmest folks. Will continue to go there for the Pharmacy folks (!!!!) and the feel of the store. P.S. my wife is a retired nurse and she thinks the pharmacy folks are Saints !!! (Watching them deal nicely with irrational behavior from all sorts of folks)”

“I have no issues with Walgreens. I come here often. I just wish the pharmacy system wasn't outdated. I have two insurances and they haven't been able to fix this issue for months to dual bill them (since June of 2022). So I'm paying more out of pocket. I have been waiting months for this issue to be resolved and still not fixed. I tried to reach out several times on a status and I'm getting nowhere. Contacting the Corp office is a joke . They had a RPh contact me from another store. I guess this issue will be swept under the rug like everything else at Walgreens .”
