I had them install a remote starter on several vehicles over the years. Recently, my son's car had a glitch that they figured out after some intense detective work. The manager offered me a discount on my next purchase for the inconvenience. That's how you treat a customer!

Purchased a remote start. Same day install at 300$ Not happy to spend so much but they were kind and took care of me.However I already had a remote start system installed. ( I bought the car used and didn't know about it) So I potentially wasted my money and they charged me an extra 40$ on top of the 300$ to take it out.

I would to thank the manger at the Farmington location. I forgot his name the wires to my subwoofer that purchased at this location came loose. So I took up them on 2/15/2023 the manger came out saw the problem fixed the problem for me and said no charge he said thank you for your business.

Went in because my remote starter stopped working. The fob was sending the signal, but the car wasn't starting. Without having an appointment, they still looked at the car and fixed the issue for no charge. I did not have any type of warranty coverage. Still took care of me for free. On top of that, they reran the cord for my dash cam which I installed myself. The cord on the dash cam was showing in 2 place based on me not wanting to remove any interior panels. They fixed the starter and fixed my poor job of wiring my own dash cam. No charge, did it right in the parking lot. Took maybe 10 mins. Great service done for free just for me being a former customer. Thank you Bobby Orr.

honestly don't know how to rate this place I would definitely start off with a solid four stars they were very nice the drop-off process was easy really there was nothing but good however... One big problem I dropped off my car at 9 am and was told that it would take 4 to 6 hours to install my alarm system and door locks and all I called them around 5 pm and that was eight hours after because I know they closed soon and it wasn't ready yet.. I called again at six and was informed that they close at seven so I figured it was going to be done at seven so then called again at seven and it wasn't done yetThe person I spoke to on the phone and I seemed to be miscommunicating because I was confused and needed more details I didn't know that they stayed until all the cars were finished I was concerned about going to work the next day and then needing to take my car overnight and ended up getting finished around 9pm .... it took them 12 hours.. honestly though everything works great I am super satisfied with my car and how it works and unlocks and starts I wish I could give them a solid four stars but I am only taking away one star because it literally took them all day and it was a little confusing I wish somebody could have told me so I could've been better planned for this because I had my ride on standby for several hours and I needed to find a different plan if I would've known then I could have planned better but then I needed to find a different ride it all worked out in the end but in the future maybe communication would be good overall I am decently satisfied though so a solid three stars will work

What should’ve been one day install ended up being two days and they still didn’t get everything installed so I asked for a refund on the balance only to find out they have to send me a check who knows when I’ll get it

White guy that works in there looks 40-55 yrs old, with glasses too, took a look at my subs after I notified him that they keep turning off out of nowhere, after his little 5 seconds inspection (if not less), he asked me which type of gauge wiring i use and i told him it's a 8 gauge wiring system, we went back inside and he told me i need a 4 gauge to handle more power, which is true, but he told me it'll cost as much as a new wire hookup would cost, i asked isn't that around 300$, he laughed and said "NO, DEFINITELY NOT", then he goes on his lil calculator and does his lil old school scammy stuff and tell me it's 260$ lollllllllll, I laughed, told him maybe next time, he then gave me his business card and said "I only do prepaid appointments" lol prepaid? wallah? Since when? Everyone i talked to about this said that's the iffiest mickey shorr, others said "he was definitely tryna run off some extra money", or maybe he just didn't know the real issue with it, idk, but i threw that business card out the window while i was driving, it's been a couple weeks and my subs HAVEN't turned off, thankfully ofc, i never got them fixed that day or after, ppl are real life weirdos. LOLLL

I hate this place, I hate this company, and I hate everyone that works here or within. Never once met a down to earth, nice person working at one of these shops. All rude, all bullshitters trying to do the bare minimum to make a sale or recommend something you dont need. Never come here and instead go to CarTunes which is LEAPS AND BOUNDS better/more professional than this whole place.
