This is the absolute worst home health care company I have ever dealt with. They sent me a feeding pump that is so old that's it's no longer made. They wouldn't work with my insurance company to help get the supplies I needed. The IV pole they sent is so cheaply made it's mostly plastic. The agents are rude on the phone and you can really tell they HATE their job. I was just on hold for 11 minutes to return my pump since I switched companies and they hung up on me. Avoid them at all cost! Where's the negative star option when you need one?!?!?

Poor customer service, communication, planning, and organization within various workers and with me as the patient. Would never recommend that anyone seek their services. I will say that Angel did an awesome job with my first infusion, but everything surrounding the planning was a nightmare.

If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would because i', I had no issues with this company. Well, my nurse Megan was a part of it. But when maybe left, they gave me a nurse who doesn't even know how to draw blood, because she messed up and mislabeled all of my labs period so when I requested A new nurse, so that I would not have any more issues. They don't have any other nurses to send them me. And uh they now have not come to see me for almost 3 months, and my doctors are getting quite upset because they keep texting me telling me that they'll come out. Next monday or tuesday? And then I tell my doctors next monday or tuesdays, when I should get my labs and then next monday and tuesday, they don't show up and my labs do not get done. And I don't know if Zach is the charge nurse, but he's the one that they keep putting me in touch with and saying that they're going to have the charge nurse, reach out to me and he's a sorry excuse for a charge nurse. If he is because he right as a nurse, should know the importance of getting labs done on time. And yet, somehow he doesn't, and he thinks I'm being difficult, because my doctors requested for anti. Rejection levels after a transplant to be done, and those have to be done an hour before I take the medication. So I can only get my labs done either at 7 AM or 7 PM, and since that is the only times I can get my labs. I'm being difficult.

Option Care did an amazing job meeting my needs and updating my picc line and teaching me how to do a very difficult antibiotic infusion process. They are great team and can be trusted. I really appreciate how they worked things out for me.

Transfered my infusion care from option Care in Florida to this branch. I have prayed daily that I could transplant the Florida group to Michigan. No one seems to be able to get my medication authorized, then filled and delivered. NO communication unless I intitate the conversation then it's like talking to someone who has NEVER worked in health care. Their motto "We treat you like family." Sorry my family at least calls me. Option Care doesn't. Staff needs retraining, at best, or replacement.

Maybe it’s just the group that covers my area in the Lansing area but my nurse is absolutely amazing. I get 7 hr ivig infusions every two weeks for my lupus so we spend lots of time together. My kids love being home in the summer when she comes. I’ve had great experiences with the nurses that fill in when she takes vacation. I’ve had infusions at infusion centers and will definitely be switching my other infusion to option care as well. There’s been times the pharmacy makes mistakes but she is always, always prepared! I couldn’t recommend my team at option care more!!!

I became an IV antibiotic patient early this year. Option Care was supposed to send a nurse to my house to do the first antibiotic infusion. There was supposed to be a nurse there in case I had a severe allergic reaction. Instead of sending one, they had a "virtual" nurse call, and walk me through the steps of infusing.
The director of nursing (Tyler), told me this was never supposed to happen.
Luckily I only had a minor allergic reaction. Also, when they delivered my meds the first time, the delivery driver tried giving me instructions on what to do with my meds. The delivery driver's are not licensed to give medical info or instructions.
On the end of a picc line there is an alcohol soaked green cap. The pharmacy didn't send enough of them. When i called the pharmacy to ask what i should do, the person I talked told me to wipe off and reuse the cap till I received a new delivery. I told my nurse this, and she about fainted. She then explained to me the risk of infection when doing that. She told me to never reuse anything and the pharmacy should be sending more than enough supplies to have extra.
This is a Work comp case. WC has called the company looking for prices on the antibiotics. Option Care wouldn't provide them with pricing. My nurse case manager has called several times on behalf of WC. They wouldn't provide her with pricing, and hung the phone up on her. She also told me she's never been spoken to professionally like that. I have also called multiple times. It took me two days of phone calls to finally reach someone that could help. Brandy told me she
Necom ng e pead Isste becase af C desn bet the pricing they a e going to
refuse to pay, which leaves me with the bill.
I have left several patient satisfactory surveys regarding these concerns. I was hoping for someone to reach out to me so I didn't have to submit a complaint but - no one did. I left a message for Nisha Rushton, the pharmacy supervisor, she never returned my call. The infusion nurse Kelly sent her an email on my behalf as well. Nisha replied and said she would reach out to me, she never did.
Luckily, I am young, coherent, and don't have a head injury. What this company has done to me is concerning. DO NOT let your doctor send you to this place, they are terrible and should be shut down.

I was “trained” to hook up and run my brother’s infusion pump on a piece of paper because there was no pump available to demonstrate. The delivery of his meds and equipment was a day late and incomplete and I had to call to find out that that was the case. The pump kept acting up and getting a call back was almost impossible. The return of the pump was worse. After seven calls, the return box was delivered to the wrong address TWICE. Still waiting on a return call to go for attempt #3. There are many reliable sources out there, I know from experience and will never recommend Option Care. Unprofessional, unreliable.

Customer service is horrible, but reading all the reviews it is not surprising. They never called and we have a special needs child that just had surgery.
